For Next Day Delivery within the United Kingdom mainland we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Delivery charge is £9.95 and will arrive before 4pm the next working day ( please note we do not guarantee Saturday delivery )
If you are not present to accept the delivery the driver will put a card through your door informing you of how and where to collect your delivery or how to arrange re-delivery.
We also offer our Local customers FREE Delivery within 5 miles of our Preston Retail Store Monday to Friday only
All orders after 2pm on a Friday will not be shipped to you the following Monday (unless its a bank holiday) then will ship on the Tuesday to you.

International Delivery :
The Delivery charge for European Countries is £9.95 / Worldwide is £14.95.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail international signed for delivery service and should be delivered within 3/7 working days of despatch.
**NB** Orders received after 2pm on a friday will be collected from our store on the Monday, unless its a Bank Holiday then will leave on the Tuesday.

The goods must be returned to us in a re-sellable condition unworn, undamaged, unmarked, odour free and with the original labels attached and in pristine condition and each garment in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt to request a full refund.
When trying on a garment please make sure you do not remove any tags nor wash before trying on and that you are not wearing make-up which may in any way result in the above list of damages.
We are unable to refund any garment which is damaged as above or shows signs of wear.
Some of our products are non-returnable due to Hygiene reasons including – Underwear.
All returns for exchanges are dealt with on the same working day of receipt.
Upon receiving the goods returned in satisfactory re-saleable condition we will issue the refund within 3 working days of receipt (Monday/Saturday), and you will see the credit on your card after 3 or 4 working days.
Although we issue the credit straight away it takes this length of time to work its way through the banking system.

Please ensure that you wrap the package securely,For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by a signed Delivery service please note Royal Mail recorded delivery only insures the goods up to £39.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.
Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. All initial postage and packaging costs will be retained by the seller.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our Returns Policy is provided on the rear your purchase invoice that came with your package and it is also provided on the side of your postage label it is in very small writing.
